AS Speed Controllers
SMC speed controllers have a broad range of applications and specialty focus such as flow control use at low speed, and with residual pressure. Further options within the series include a built in one-touch fitting, an integrated pilot check valve, a meter-in and meter-out dual flow control, a stainless steel option. With the ASR series, the environmentally conscious consumer can reduce air consumption by 25% through the inclusion of a quick supply exhaust valve.
IDFB Refrigerated Dryer
IDF refrigerated air dryers feature compact and quiet construction, a stainless steel heat exchanger, ozone friendly refrigerants, and a very low pressure drop. Constructed to be in compliance with the Montreal Protocol Regulations, the IDF uses refrigerants R134a and R407C (R22) to prevent any damage to the earth’s ozone layer and can accommodate an inlet temperature of 104°F.
NCA1 Cylinders
Series NCA1 medium duty tie rod cylinders are NFPA interchangeable, have a crimped piston rod assembly, are pre-lubricated and available in 11 mounting styles. Bore sizes range from 1.5 to 4 inches. The NCA1 expanded line of medium duty cylinders has bore sizes ranging from 5 to 8 inches, while the heavy duty range is 1.5 to 14 inches. The single rod model is available in 22 mounting styles.
NCG / CG1 Cylinders
AWT stocks basic linear air cylinders which are used to provide straight-line, in/out linear movement for a variety of applications. Basic air cylinders are available as single-acting and double-acting with single or double rod and non-rotating models.
Body styles include crimped, round, or tie rod. Single-acting cylinders develop thrust in one direction and have lower air consumption compared with the equivalent size of double-acting cylinders. With a double-acting cylinder, air pressure may be alternately applied to provide force in both directions. See our link to basic linear actuators on SMC.
NCM Stainless Cylinders
NCM stainless steel cylinder now available in 7/16″ and 9/16″ bores as well as 3/4″, 7/8″, 1 1/16″, 1 1/4″, 1 1/2″, 2″ bore sizes. Mounting options include front nose mount, rear pivot mount, double end mount, block mount, foot mount. Options include high temp, low temp, low friction, stainless steel rod, rod boot, rubber cushion.

CA2 Cylinders
SMC’s Metric Tie-Rod Cylinder , designed with reduced weight and improved cushioning capability. Compared with the CA1 series, is able to absorb 30% more Kinetic energy at the maximum. Piston rod deflection is reduced by the improved accuracy of bushing and piston rod, which minimizes the clearance between the components.
KQ2 One Touch Connector Fittings
SMC One-touch fittings come in metric and inch size fittings and are available in a wide variety of sizes, body styles and thread types. The specially designed packing provides positive sealing under pressure without the reduced flow common with compression fittings. SMC offers one touch fittings in a number of special environments such as anti-static, flame resistant, clean room and food service fittings.
SMC Pneumatics
SMC Pneumatics is the largest name in high quality cylinder and rotary actuators suitable for pressure gas powered motion control.
